Information you provide
If you email us or contact us on WhatsApp, we receive the contact details and message you choose to share. We use that information to respond and discuss your project. Please do not send confidential drawings or other sensitive material before agreeing a suitable channel.
When you submit a website form, FormSubmit processes your name, email address, optional phone number and message to deliver your enquiry to us by email. Calculator enquiries also include your selected package, options, estimated price and working days. We use these details to respond to your project request. The website does not store form details in a database or browser storage.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-HXM64KXNPR) to measure page visits and website use. It can process page addresses, referring websites, browser and device information, approximate location and cookie identifiers. We do not intentionally send form fields, email addresses, phone numbers or calculator selections to Google Analytics.
Analytics starts by default unless you have switched it off in Cookie settings. The Accept button records your choice to keep analytics on. You can turn it off at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer. This website uses an opt-out setting, rather than waiting for prior consent.
Cookie names and storage
Google Analytics uses _ga and _ga_HXM64KXNPR cookies. We configure their expiry to 180 days without renewing it on each visit. Your cookie preference is stored in this browser for 180 days under enqavia-cookie-preferences. Essential preference storage remains available when analytics is off.
When you turn analytics off, we stop analytics for this browser and remove accessible Google Analytics cookies for this website. This does not delete information already received by Google. Clearing your browser storage also clears your preference, so you will need to choose again.
Service providers
Vercel hosts this website and may process technical request information to deliver it and protect its infrastructure. Google provides analytics. Email and WhatsApp communications are handled by their respective providers. These providers may process information outside your country under their own terms and safeguards.
FormSubmit delivers website enquiries and states that submission records are retained for 30 days. Email copies are handled by our email provider. Please do not include confidential drawings or other sensitive information in these forms.
Retention and your choices
We keep project correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and relevant business obligations. Google Analytics data retention is controlled separately in the property settings; cookie expiry is not the same as analytics data retention.
You can ask about the information you have shared with us, request correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern by email. Rights and retention requirements depend on the laws that apply to you. You may also contact your local data protection authority.

We will update this page when the website’s data handling changes. The date above identifies this version.
